Southern Bluefin Tuna (STN1) has been added to Schedule 5A of the Fisheries Act 1996 (stocks for which underfishing ACE is not allocated) which means that underfishing ACE will not be allocated for fishing that has taken place during the Oct 2010 - Sep 2011 fishing year onwards.

All Paua stocks (PAU1, PAU10, PAU2, PAU3, PAU4, PAU5A, PAU5B, PAU5D, PAU6, PAU6A and PAU7) have been removed from Schedule 5A which means that underfishing ACE will be allocated for fishing that has taken place during the Oct 2010 - Sep 2011 fishing year onwards.
