The STCW-F -related Amendments 2017 were signed on the 3rd of April and notice of their signing was published in Gazette Notice No.47 on the 4th of May 2017. 

These amendments are meant to give effect to the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Fishing Vessel Personnel, 1995 (the Convention).
