MPI have advised that there will be no change to the TACC for SKI2 or SPO3 for the 2020/2021 fishing year. 

The TACC increases for SKI 2 and SPO 3, scheduled for 1 October 2020, have been "put on hold pending the determination of an application for judicial review." Per the Fisheries New Zealand website, "this judicial review was commenced over concerns about the operation of preferential allocation rights (otherwise known as 28N rights)."
