Following the move to alert level 1, we would like to advise all clients that the FishServe office will reopen to the public on:
Monday the 15th of June from 8:00 AM.
In the meantime, our helpline is available on 04 460 9555 to assist with any queries or you can use our online contact form to get in touch.
Under alert level 1, FishServe will continue to maintain contact tracing records, as encouraged by the Government.
Therefore, from Monday the 15th of June, we kindly ask that you record your details at reception if you intend to visit our office. Antibacterial gel will be provided at reception.
Client Representative Appointments
We encourage you to book any meetings with your client representative in advance. If there is an issue you are wanting to resolve or discuss in person, please contact your client representative directly to book an appointment. The time of your appointment should be agreed upon by you and your client representative in advance.
