Service Update from FishServe
Following the Government’s announcement that New Zealand will move to level 4, service changes will apply at FishServe from 11:59 PM on Tuesday the 17th of August.
Working Off-Site & Office Closure
All FishServe staff will be working off-site and our office will be closed until lockdown restrictions lift. This closure will not impact our services, and it will be business as usual for FishServe.
We will post a follow-up notice to let you know of any changes.
Client Representative Appointments
At alert level 4, in-person meetings with your client representative will not be possible.
We kindly ask that you contact your client representative by phone or email if you need their help.
Helpline
Our helpline will be available on 04 460 9555 during our usual hours of business (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday) to assist with any queries.
For non-urgent queries, use our online contact form to get in touch.
Mail-Handling
All mail received by FishServe after Tuesday the 17th of August will not be processed until lockdown restrictions lift. Likewise, no mail will be sent from FishServe until lockdown restrictions lift. This includes:
- Statements and/or notifications sent by FishServe and received by mail will not be sent. Digital copies of statements and/or notifications are available through our website.
- Original copies of certain documents will not be sent. Instead, we can arrange to send you or a nominated person a PDF copy of those documents. Originals will be mailed when lockdown restrictions lift.
Forms
Please return completed forms to FishServe by scanning and emailing them to registry@fishserve.co.nz OR your client representative.
