Service Update from FishServe

The FishServe office has reopened following construction. We look forward to welcoming you to our newly renovated space!

There are a few things we wanted to bring to your attention following the removal of the traffic light system.

Office Opening & Working Arrangements

Our office is open during our usual business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday).


Client Representative Appointments

To ensure your client representative is available, please call ahead of time to book an appointment.

Please note the following before you book:

  • Book appointments directly with your client representative, at a time you both agree on.
  • Notify your client representative ahead of time if you plan on coming to the office.

Helpline

Our helpline is available on 04 460 9555 during our usual business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday) to assist with any queries.

Forms

Please return completed forms to FishServe by scanning and emailing them to registry@fishserve.co.nz OR your client representative. Scanned documents must be clear, legible, and signed by the appropriate person(s).
