The Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) is seeking feedback on a new proposed circular. It sets out the requirements for commercial fishing permit holders and Licensed Fish Receivers (LFR) to complete electronic monthly harvest returns and LFR Returns.

The draft Fisheries (Electronic Reporting of Returns) Circular 2019 will replace the current Fisheries (Monthly Harvest Returns) Circular 2017.
