FishServe Office Reopened

The FishServe office has reopened to the public following construction. We look forward to welcoming you to our newly renovated space!

As we are still under the orange traffic light setting, there are a few things we wanted to bring to your attention.

Office Opening & Working Arrangements

Our office is open at the orange traffic light setting during our usual business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday).

If you plan on coming to the office to speak to a particular member of staff, please call ahead to confirm they will be there.


Client Representative Appointments

Meetings with your client representative are possible at the orange traffic light setting. Contact your client representative ahead of time to book an appointment.

Please note the following before you book:

  • All appointments must be booked directly with your client representative, at a time you both agree on.
  • You must notify your client representative ahead of time if you plan on coming to the office.
  • Visitors to the office are required to wear face masks. Antibacterial gel is available throughout the office.
  • Any appointments or meetings must be conducted with social distancing rules in place (1 metre apart).

Helpline

Our helpline is available on 04 460 9555 during our usual business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday) to assist with any queries.

Forms

Please return completed forms to FishServe by scanning and emailing them to registry@fishserve.co.nz OR your client representative. Scanned documents must be clear, legible, and signed by the appropriate person(s).
