You can now apply for a new fishing permit or the re-issue of your current fishing permit using the Fishserve website.

To apply for a fishing permit online:

Log on to www.fishserve.co.nz
Click on the 'Services' tab
Select 'Fishing Permit'
Follow the online instructions

If your application is successful, you will receive your fishing permit in the post.

Any requests you make via this service will be processed within two working days.

If you apply for a re-issue of your fishing permit, it will be issued under the same conditions and with the same landing points as your current fishing permit.

Please note that this service is not available for fishing permits for schedule 4C stocks.

Payment can only be made via credit card.
