From 1 April 2012 Visa is introducing a requirement that all credit card transactions conducted via the internet must include the Card Verifiaction Value (CVV) of the card being used. This has been done to reduce fraudulent transactions.

As a result, when you attempt to pay for a FishServe transaction using your credit card, you will be required to enter the CVV number that can be found on the back of the credit card in addition to the normal credit card number. The diagram below shows where to find the CVV/CVC number on your credit card.
