Fisheries New Zealand is seeking feedback on a proposed marine farm in the Cook Strait.

They will be using the undue adverse effects test (UAE test) to assess the effects of a proposed marine farm area. 

They are asking for submissions from people whose customary, recreational, or commercial fishing may be affected by the proposed marine farm. 

The consultation closes at 5pm on 28 November 2023.
