Christmas Hours & Service
As we prepare to wrap up for the year, we wanted to let you know of some changes to expect over the Christmas break.

Opening Hours
This year, the FishServe office will be closed from:
Midday on Friday the 23rd of December
until
8 AM on Wednesday the 4th of January 2023.
The FishServe helpline won't be available during this time. However, you can still access our website and carry out tasks online.
Payments
Direct Debits: Any direct debit payments normally made on the 25th of the month will be withdrawn on the next working day instead.
Payments Made: Any payments received on or after the Friday the 23rd of December will be processed on or after Wednesday the 4th of January 2023.

Technology Issues
Over the Christmas break, if you have any general MPI enquiries over the break, contact your local compliance office or use the details below to contact MPI.
Likewise, if there are any issues that prevent you from reporting electronically or with your GPR, that your provider cannot resolve, contact MPI/NCC as soon as possible.

Business Continuity Forms are available here on our website, and we strongly encourage you to print some off and keep them aboard your vessel in case your e-logbook fails. These forms must only be used if your e-logbook fails and you have been issued a direction by MPI.
