Vessel Summary Screen

TitleText DisplayedDescription
Status

 Registered

Indicates a currently registered vessel.
If the start date of a vessel registration is set to a date in the future, its status will show Future Registration instead.

 In Progress

Indicates a vessel registration is in progress.
The registration process isn't completed at this stage.
Click the vessel's name to resume the registration process.

 Cancelled

Indicates a cancelled vessel registration.

 Expired

Indicates an expired vessel registration.
Period DD MMM YYYY
(e.g. 01 Oct 2022 - 30 Sep 2023)
The vessel registration's validity period.
Vessel No. 1234 The vessel number.
Saved DD MMM YYYY, HH:MM:SS
1 Oct 2022, 12:00:00 PM
The date the draft vessel registration was last saved.
This field only appears for a draft vessel registration in progress.
Call Sign ABC0001 The call sign for the vessel.
GPR GPR - 12345678 The Geospatial Position Reporting device registered to the vessel.
If a GPR is not registered to the vessel, this field will display Add GPR instead.
High Seas Permit Status, Validity Period If the vessel has a High Seas Permit (HSP), information regarding the permit appears here.
This includes:
  • Permit Statuses
    •  Current

    •  Expired

  • Validity Period

If the vessel does not have an HSP, this field will display an application link instead.

Accessing Vessels

Step Description
1 Click the Licences tab to begin.
Note: You must be signed into FishServe and have Vessel authorisation to do this.

2 The Vessels screen will display.

3 Click on the vessel's name to view it in greater detail.

4 The View Vessel screen displays.
Here you can view the following information:
  • Registration Details
  • Vessel Specifications
  • Fishing Details
  • Crew Details
  • GPR (Geospatial Position Reporting device) Details
5 Click Select Action to access the following functions:
  • Vessel Amendments
  • GPR Registration*
  • Cancel Vessel Registration
*Note: The Register GPR function is only available if you haven't already registered a GPR.
To make changes to a GPR, refer to either the Add a Fixed GPR or Add a Mobile GPR guide.
