Use the guide below to find out how to edit or remove personnel from your client number.

Please refer to the relevant guides to view the personnel summary screen, add personnel, OR view/edit your client details:


Edit Personnel

Step Description
1 Click the Client Details tab to begin.
Note: You must be signed into FishServe and have Client Manager authorisation to do this.

2 The Client Details screen will display.
Click Personnel in the side-menu.

3 On the Personnel screen, click View details under the user's contact card.
Note: Please refer to the Personnel Summary Screen page for more information.

4 On the following screen, scroll down and click Edit.

5 To edit a user's authorisations, go to step 6.
To remove a user, go to step 7.
Editing Users
6 Use the drop-down menus to change the user's authorisation for an area.

You can also add or remove the user as a contact for an area by ticking or unticking the contact person box.
Make the required changes then go to step 8.

Removing Users
7 To remove a user entirely, scroll down and click Clear All.

The user's authorisations for all areas will be revoked and they will be removed as a contact.
Go to step 8.

8 Click Save changes to complete.
