Please refer to the relevant guides to view the personnel summary screen, add personnel, OR view/edit your client details:
|1||Click the Client Details tab to begin.
Note: You must be signed into FishServe and have Client Manager authorisation to do this.
|2||The Client Details screen will display.
Click Personnel in the side-menu.
|3||On the Personnel screen, click View details under the user's contact card.
Note: Please refer to the Personnel Summary Screen page for more information.
|4||On the following screen, scroll down and click Edit.
|5||To edit a user's authorisations, go to step 6.
To remove a user, go to step 7.
|6||Use the drop-down menus to change the user's authorisation for an area.
You can also add or remove the user as a contact for an area by ticking or unticking the contact person box.
Make the required changes then go to step 8.
|7||To remove a user entirely, scroll down and click Clear All.
The user's authorisations for all areas will be revoked and they will be removed as a contact.
Go to step 8.
|8||Click Save changes to complete.
