Permit Summary Screen

Status

 Current

Indicates a current, valid fishing permit.

 Expired

Indicates an expired fishing permit.

 Cancelled

Indicates a cancelled fishing permit.
Period DD MMM YYYY
(e.g. 01 Oct 2022 - 30 Sep 2023)
The permit's validity period.
Permit No. PMT0000123 The permit number.
Last Updated DD MMMM YYYY
(e.g. 01 July 2023)
The date the permit was last updated.
By User's Name The user who performed the last action.
Additional Copies 1, 2, 3, etc. The number of additional copies issued.
For example, two vessels fishing under one permit each require copies of that permit.
FOTFAV Number of Agents
(e.g. 3 Agents)
The number of "agents" or users the permit authorises to fish otherwise than from a vessel (if applicable).
This field is blank if the permit does not authorise fishing otherwise than from a vessel.

Accessing Permits

Step Description
1 Click the Licences tab to begin.
Note: You must be signed into FishServe and have Permit authorisation to do this.

2 Depending on your other authorisations (e.g. Vessel), you may need to click Permits in the side-menu.

3 The Permits screen will display.

4 Click on the permit to view the Landing Points associated with it.

5 The Permit screen displays.
Here you can view the following information:
  • Duration
  • Permit No.
  • No. of Aditional Permit Copies Issued
  • Landing Points
