ER Trip Summary Screen

Column TitleText DisplayedDescription
Vessel Vessel Number, Name, and Trip ID The vessel number, its name, as well as the Trip ID.
Trip Start/End DD MMM YYYY
(e.g. 01 Oct 2022)
The start and end dates for a trip.
Status Trip Finished Indicates a trip has finished and has no outstanding details.
Trip Finished - LFR GWTs Required Indicates a trip has finished but there are outstanding LFR details. 
Trip Finished - Landing Required Indicates a trip has finished but no landing was reported. 
Trip Start Missing Indicates a missing trip start report.
Fishing Indicates a trip in progress. 
Errors 1, 2, 3, etc. Indicates the number of reporting errors in the trip.
Clicking on a row opens it and provides you a more detailed overview of the trip, including:
  • Events (e.g. Trip Start, Trawl, etc.)
  • Event Date
  • Version (e.g. 1, 2, etc.)
  • Description of Errors

Accessing Trip Summary Screen

Step Description
1 Click the ER tab to begin.
Note: You must be signed into FishServe and have ER authorisation to do this.

2 The Trip Summary screen will display.
This screen provides an overview of all your fishing trips.

3 You can also export details of each trip to a .csv (Excel) file by clicking Export.
Use the drop-down menu to select either:
  • Aggregated, which sums up event data into an aggregated summary and an aggregated list that shows the data included in the aggregation.
  • Aggregated and Detail, which includes both the aggregated summary and aggregated list, and the details of each individual event on separate tabs in the spreadsheet.
  • Detail, which contains the details of each individual event on separate tabs in the spreadsheet.

4 Use the Filters to quickly filter by:
  • Vessel Name
  • Trip Start Date Range
  • Trip Status
  • Trips with Errors

5 Click on a row to open it for a more detailed overview of a trip.
