View Client Details

Step Description
1 Click the Client Details tab to begin.
Note: You must be signed into FishServe and have Client Manager authorisation to do this.

2 The Client Details screen will display.
Here you'll find:
  • General business details about you/your organisation.
  • General contact information for you/your organisation.
  • General email address for you/your organisation.
  • Your FishServe client representative.
  • Your FishServe start date.
  • Your signing rules.
*Note: This email accompanies your organisation on all public registers such as the ACE, Quota, and Vessel Registers. Sector Representative Entities (SREs), Commercial Stakeholder Organisations (CSOs), and Government Agencies will use this address to contact you. It is crucial you don’t put any random email here. This can be a specific person, but it means their email address will appear on all the public registers.

Edit Client Details

Step Description
1 Click the Client Details tab to begin.
Note: You must be signed into FishServe and have Client Manager authorisation to do this.

2 The Client Details screen will display.
Click Edit details under the section you want to edit.

3 Under Company Details, you can edit the Trading As name if you have one. A Trading As name must not include the term "Limited" or "Ltd.".
Note: The name of this section will depend on the type of client you are.

4 Under Contact Information you can edit the following information:
  • Physical Address
  • Postal Address (if different to the physical address)
  • Email*
  • Phone Number(s)
  • Fax Number

The Address fields include a search function that suggests results as you type.
You can click one of the suggested results to automatically populate the address form.

5 Click Save changes to apply your changes.
