Marine Farm Summary Screen

Column TitleText DisplayedDescription
Site Number ABC123, DEF456, etc. The number of the site.
Site Name North Site, South Site, etc. The name of the site.
Location Fish Bay, etc. The location of the site. 
Site Size (ha) 1.234 The size of the site in hectares. 
Status Active The marine farm registration is active. 
Issued A marine farm registration has been issued. 
Expired The marine farm registration has expired. 
RO Approval The marine farm registration requires Registry Officer approval. 
Cancelled The marine farm registration has been cancelled. 
Consent Number ZYX789 The resource consent number for the site. 
End Date DD MMM YYYY
(e.g. 31 Dec 2032)
The date the marine farm registration ends. 
Action View Select this to view details of a marine farm registration.
Amend Select this to amend details of a marine farm registration.

Accessing Marine Farm Registrations

Step Description
1 Click the Licences tab to begin.
Note: You must be signed into FishServe and have Aquaculture authorisation to do this.

2 Depending on your other authorisations (e.g. Vessel, Permit), you may need to click Marine Farms in the side-menu.

3 The Marine Farms screen will display, showing each marine farm registered to your client number.
Note: Refer to the Marine Farm Summary Screen section for more information about this screen.


Use the Filters to quickly filter by:
  • Site Number (e.g. AB123)
  • Site Name (e.g. North Site)
  • Location
  • Site Size (hectares)   
  • Status
  • Consent Number
  • End Date

4 To view details for a specific registration, click View over on the right-hand side of the row.

5 The View Marine Farm screen will display.
Here, you can view specific details about the site and consented species.
