Your Account Balances Help
The Your Account Balance page displays account balances for your FishServe and Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry accounts and also provides you with a list of any deemed value transactions that are due to be processed as a result of MHR Amendments, adjustments or ACE transfers.
If the amount shown in the Total Amount Due column is in brackets e.g. ($153.45) this means that the account is in credit and you do not owe any money!
Balances are available for your FishServe account and Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry - Cost Recovery, Deemed Values and Departmental accounts.
An explanation of each column is available below.
Last Statement Amount Due - This is the amount due that was shown on your last account statement.
Statement Date - This is the last day of the statment period of your last statement. If you have never received a statement, this will be blank.
Transactions Since Statement - This shows the overall balance of any transactions (payments and invoices) that have been processed since your last statement. For your deemed value account, this will not include any pending deemed values relating to ACE transfers, adjustments or MHR Amendments during the month. These pending deemed values are shown in the table at the bottom of the page. Please note that invoice amounts may not appear in this balance immediately.
Total Amount Due - This is the current total amount owed (or in credit if the amount is in brackets). It is equal to the Last Statement Amount Due + Transactions Since Statement.
All account amounts include GST.
