Allocation of ETS Emission Units to Quota Owners • 23 December 2009
The Ministry for the Environment has asked FishServe to inform our clients about developments in the Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) relating to the fishing industry. Please go to the Climate Change website (www.climatechange.govt.nz) for more information.

ACE and Quota Share Transfer Prices • 9 December 2009
Each month FishServe publishes the "Blue Book", which gives summarised ACE and quota share trading prices. This information is taken from all registered transfers. To be able to give reasonable figures for these transfers, we need your support by providing accurate figures for ACE and quota share transfers.
Please provide the "real" value for each line in the transfer and do not use $1 or $1 per kg as this distorts the figures. Some use $0, which is fine, but if you ever want an estimate of value then the Blue Book figures will be of no help.
The figures you provide as transfer prices are confidential. The more accurate the figures we produce the more value this publication is to you.
