Register Reports

Information contained in the quota, ACE, permit and vessel registers is available to the public in the form of standardised register reports. A fee is charged for each report, based on the type of report. A list of the fees is available here. The reports can be viewed on screen, printed or downloaded as a spreadsheet. Some vessel reports are only available as a download due to the amount of information they contain.

All reports on this website are standardised, if you require reports that are customised or contain information that is not in the standardised reports, please contact us. The information contained in each register report is listed below.

ACE Reports

The Reported Catch Year to Date (YTD) figures shown in register reports are based on the fishing year that the stock belongs to. For the first three quarters of a fishing year, the catch figure is updated at the end of each quarter. For the last quarter of the fishing year, the catch figure is updated monthly. Catch figures are updated after ACE balancing has been run (around the 20th of the month). To see what catch will be shown on a register report click here.

ACE by client – This report lists the following information for the selected client:

Quota by client – This report lists the following information for the selected client:

  • Rounded ACE equivalent

Permit Reports

Suspended permit holders – This report lists permit holders whose permit is currently suspended and contains the following information:

  • Client number
  • Client legal name
  • Suspended date

Contact details of all current permit holders – This report contains the following information:

  • Client number
  • Client legal name
  • Client postal address
  • Client email address
  • Permit status

Permit details of all current permit holders – This report contains the following information:

  • Client number
  • Client legal name
  • Client postal address
  • Client email address
  • Permit number
  • Permit type
  • Schedule 4C stocks

Permit details for a single permit holder – This report contains the following information for the selected client:

Permit details for a specific Schedule 4C stock – This report lists clients who hold a permit authorising them to take the selected Schedule 4C stock and contains the following information:

Vessel Reports

Contact details of all current vessel owners and operators – This report contains the following information:

Vessel details of all current vessel owners and operators – This report contains the following information:

This report contains the following information for each quota stock:
