You can change your password at any time on the website. Your password is case-sensitive and can be up to ten characters in length.
It is recommended that you do not disclose your password to anyone, and that you change your password regularly.
What do I do if I forget my password?
Under the login area there is an option to request your password. Click on the "forgotten your password?" You will be required to provide your email address, we will then email your existing password to you.
You will be given three chances to enter the correct password. If you fail to enter the correct password on your third attempt, you will be locked out and unable to access the Online Services.
